Who We Are
Turtle Bunbury is an internationally acclaimed and best-selling writer and historian based in Ireland. Since 1995, he has written over 100 family histories for people of Irish, Australian, American, Canadian, British, South African, Danish and Russian descent. Turtle's historical feature articles have recently been published in Playboy and The World of Interiors, while his best-selling books include the award-winning Vanishing Ireland series, the ‘Landed Gentry of Ireland’ series and ‘Living in Sri Lanka’. Turtle is also well known for his contribution to the hugely popular ‘Who Do You Think You Are?’ documentary series, as well as ‘Wogan’s Ireland’ and ‘The Genealogy Roadshow’.
